Success is a powerful catalyst, but it requires alignment to become sustainable. When HP Inc.’s “Do Good” Volunteer Community was named a category winner at the PM Awards 2025, they looked to Smart Minds to transform that recognition into a roadmap for future impact.

The "Do Good" community has become a cornerstone of HP Inc.’s culture, creating immense value through employee-led initiatives. To honor their award-winning performance and prepare for the challenges of 2026, Smart Minds facilitated a half-day LEGO® Serious Play® Empowerment Workshop tailored for the community’s leadership.

The Objective: From Winning to Leading

The goal was to provide the "Do Good" leaders with a structured space to:

Coordinate at Scale: Developing better alignment between diverse volunteer groups.
Maximize Community Value: Identifying new ways to channel energy into high-impact projects.
