Ten outstanding young people. Ten different paths.
The 2026 honourees represent a remarkable range of fields and contributions — from entrepreneurship and technology to culture, education, human rights and environmental responsibility.
They include entrepreneurs building companies with international ambitions, professionals developing new technologies for healthcare, educators bringing AI and STEM into learning, artists and writers shaping contemporary culture, and changemakers working for environmental and social impact.
What connects these different journeys is more than achievement.
It is the willingness to take responsibility, create value and contribute beyond oneself.
From recognition to development
At Smart Minds, we believe that recognising achievement is only one part of supporting young leaders.
The next step is creating opportunities for them to continue learning, exchanging perspectives and developing their potential.
That is why Smart Minds is contributing a workshop experience for all 10 TOYP 2026 honourees.
The workshop will give the honourees an opportunity to step away from their individual achievements and come together in a shared learning experience — exploring new perspectives, challenging ideas and learning from one another.
Why we are part of TOYP
Supporting young talent is closely connected to what we believe at Smart Minds:
Growth happens when people have the space to think differently, experiment, connect with others and turn ideas into action.
The ten TOYP honourees have already demonstrated initiative, expertise and impact in their respective fields.
We are excited to contribute to what comes next — by creating a space where these different perspectives can meet, interact and spark new ideas.
