On 11–12 March 2026, Smart Minds delivered the second Sofia cohort of the LEGO® Serious Play® Foundational Facilitator Certification.
This cohort stood out for the professional depth of the people in the room.
The group brought together experienced coaches, consultants, facilitators and organisational development professionals - people who already work with human potential, leadership, communication, change and development. For them, LEGO® Serious Play® was not just a new tool. It was a structured method for making complex conversations clearer, deeper and more productive.
Across two intensive days, participants worked through the foundations of the LEGO® Serious Play® method - from skills building and metaphor work to storymaking, facilitation flow and workshop design.
The certification, delivered by Smart Minds in partnership with Inthrface, follows the global gold standard for LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator training. It gives professionals a reliable structure for designing workshops that create clarity, shared understanding, ownership and action.
What made this cohort especially strong was not only the method. It was the level of professional experience already present in the room. The conversations went beyond technique and quickly moved into application: how to use LEGO® Serious Play® in leadership work, team development, coaching, organisational change and strategic alignment.
For Smart Minds, Cohort 2 confirmed something important: the local facilitator community is not only growing in numbers. It is growing in quality.
And that is the real value.
Because LEGO® Serious Play® works best when it is used by professionals who understand both structure and human dynamics.
This second cohort is now part of the global community of LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators - and part of the growing local community built by Smart Minds in Bulgaria and Romania.
