Shaping the Next Generation of Ventures

We are proud to share that Smart Minds was invited to lead a specialized workshop on Business Modeling and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the latest cohort of the AUBG Elevate Accelerator. Following a high-level recommendation from Eleven Ventures, we stepped in to help the next generation of founders move from a visionary idea to a robust, scalable business structure.

During the session, we didn’t just talk about theory. We performed a "Deep Dive" into the core of each venture, challenging the teams to define their value propositions and customer segments with precision. By applying our analytical framework, the teams were able to identify the "root causes" of their market frictions and build models that are ready for real-world execution.

The Elevate season has officially come to a close, and Smart Minds was honored to be present at the final Sales Pitches. Witnessing the "Move and Make" spirit in action was truly inspiring—seeing these young entrepreneurs present their refined business models with confidence and strategic depth.
