On 21 May, we celebrated the first birthday of Smart Minds with something that felt much more like us than a traditional birthday party: a learning experience for our community.
Around 20 participants joined us at JAMBA - Hub of Opportunities in Sofia for a free LEGO® Serious Play® workshop facilitated by Tsvetelina Teneva.
The starting point was simple:
What important thing keeps slipping away - even though we know it matters?
A conversation we keep postponing.
A decision we do not make.
An idea we never develop.
A change we know is needed but never quite get to.
Making the important visible
Using LEGO® Serious Play®, participants worked individually and together to explore what was being pushed aside, what that was costing them, why it kept happening and how they might look at it differently.
The topics were personal to each participant, so the workshop was not designed to produce one collective answer.
The purpose was different: to create space to slow down, make an important priority visible and leave with greater clarity about the next step.
Celebrating by creating value
The workshop was our birthday gift to the community.
Because after one year of Smart Minds, we wanted to celebrate in the same way we approach our work:
not by adding more noise, but by creating space for something meaningful.
