We are proud to announce our strategic partnership with Tuk-Tam, Bulgaria's global network for success. Smart Minds facilitated a deep-dive strategy session for the Tuk-Tam Scholarship Funders community - the dedicated donors investing in the next generation of Bulgarian talent.
The Methodology
Using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, we guided donors and stakeholders through a critical mapping process:
- Assessing where the community stands today
- Co-creating a shared vision for 2026
- Developing concrete steps to deepen connections and collective impact
Workshop Outcomes
The workshop moved beyond standard networking, transforming members into active collaborators. Together, we developed concrete steps to deepen connections and amplify the collective impact of the scholarship program.
