The Opportunity

The Smart Minds Approach

Smart Minds designed and facilitated SMART & LOOP — a collaborative development process combining LEGO® Serious Play®, practical management frameworks, and team-generated operating principles.

Тhe process explored how delegation, communication, and accountability function across the entire system. Participants mapped the current reality, envisioned a more effective future state, identified key accelerators and obstacles, and co-created practical principles to support everyday collaboration.
