HP Inc.: Celebrating Excellence at the PM Awards 2025 with LEGO® Serious Play®

Success Stories
HP Inc. has long been a benchmark for corporate social responsibility. At the PM Awards 2025, their "Do Good" Volunteer Community was recognized as a category winner for its outstanding impact. To further fuel this success, Smart Minds is proud to facilitate an award-winning workshop designed to elevate the team’s strategic alignment.
Winning a PM Award is a testament to the dedication of the HP team. To support their continued growth, the prize - a high-impact LEGO® Serious Play® workshop - will provide the space and methodology to translate this momentum into a concrete roadmap for 2026.

The Objective: Capacity and Alignment

While the "Do Good" community is already achieving remarkable results, the objective of this awarded workshop is to provide the leadership team with the tools to scale their impact. The session is designed to:

  • Operate in better alignment/coordination: Synchronizing the efforts of various volunteer groups.
  • Channel energy to create more value: Ensuring that the community’s passion results in the highest possible impact.
  • Keep up the volunteers’ satisfaction: Maintaining the engagement and fulfillment of the people who make the community possible.

The Solution: An Award-Winning Framework

The prize consists of a intensive half-day session tailored for up to 15 key participants from the "Do Good" community. Led by Tzvetelina Teneva, Founder of Smart Minds and a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Trainer, the workshop utilizes a specialized roadmap:
  1. Introduction and Warm-up: Preparing the mind for creative 3D thinking and metaphorical expression.
  2. Cohesion among the volunteers’ groups: Exploring the current internal dynamics and identifying the bonds that hold the different groups together.
  3. Worst and best way for alignment among the volunteers’ groups: A critical analysis where participants built models of failed coordination versus ideal synchronization, surfacing hidden risks and success factors.
  4. Practical steps to improve the alignment among the volunteers’ groups: The final construction of concrete, actionable measures to be implemented to reach their 2026 goals.
By "thinking with their hands," the participants will move beyond traditional project management into a creative, collaborative space where every voice is heard and every idea is built into the final strategy.

Looking Ahead

This collaboration represents the intersection of award-winning performance and innovative facilitation. By the end of this journey, the HP Inc. "Do Good" community will have more than just an award on their shelf - they will have a clear, unified vision and a tangible plan to achieve beyond expectations in 2026.
Smart Minds is honored to support such a dedicated team and looks forward to building the future of the "Do Good" community, one brick at a time.
