PM Summit & Awards 2025 brought together Bulgaria’s project management community around excellence, growth, and the future of the profession.
For project leaders, the challenge is not only to manage scope, time, and resources. It is also to build clarity, alignment, ownership, and human energy across teams working in increasingly complex environments.
Smart Minds saw an opportunity to support the community beyond a standard event presence - by connecting recognition with real development opportunities for project teams, individual professionals, and volunteers.
The Smart Minds Approach
Smart Minds joined PM Summit & Awards 2025 as a Partner and Exhibitor, organized by PMI Bulgaria Chapter. Instead of limiting the participation to a booth presence, Smart Minds contributed directly to the PM Awards by sponsoring development prizes for the winners.
The contribution included:
a ½-day LEGO® Serious Play® workshop for 5 winning teams, focused on developing the potential of project team members;
a ½-day “My Personal Growth” LEGO® Serious Play® workshop for 2 winning individuals and the Volunteer of the Year, focused on the theme “My personal growth horizon”;
raffle opportunities for event participants, including vouchers for 40% discount on the LEGO® Serious Play® Foundational Facilitator Certification.
Through this approach, Smart Minds connected the structured discipline of project management with the creative, reflective, and participatory power of LEGO® Serious Play®.
