About the Certification

This certification is a solid learning journey – with two on-site days to experience the roadmaps as a participant, and six online sessions to practise the facilitator’s role in designing and preparing a variety of workshops in detail.

The training honours all original principles of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® while adapting the format to today’s organisational challenges. Every element has been tested through thousands of workshops to ensure practical relevance and measurable outcomes.

Module 1 – The Framework, Mastering Short Workshops:
- Introduction to the methodology and theoretical framework
- Core elements: Building, Metaphors, Storytelling, Imagination
- Understanding Flow and Real-Time Thinking
- Practising core facilitation skills
- Designing short workshops
Format: one on-site day of experience + three online sessions for practical implementation across clients’ cases.
Module 2 – The Full Six-Step Roadmap of LSP:
- From defining the case to shared model creation
