The team’s goal was to enhance the shared perception of their capabilities, and create a clear, actionable plan to increase their impact on the global corporate stage. They wanted a way to align their strategic direction, belonging to the OpenText big family.

A Hands-On Workshop Built on Play
We designed and facilitated a half-day workshop centered on the theme of "Team Uniqueness and Belonging”. Participants build 3D models to express complex ideas about their team’s identity, strengths, and belonging to the OpenText culture in a tangible and engaging way.
Facilitating a Journey from "I" to "We"
We created a safe environment that encouraged open dialogue. This process physically and metaphorically built a collective vision from individual contributions. Everyone was a co-creator of the final outcomes.
From Abstract Ideas to Concrete Actions
Finally, we worked together to distil the rich insights from the shared models into structured action items. It ensured that the creative energy generated during the workshop was channelled directly into a practical, forward-looking outcome.
